The Heart of the Homemaker Series is over.
But right now, I'm thinking of the most amazing homemaker I know.
I'm so thankful for my mom:
For the wonderful example she set for me
For all of the smiley-face sandwiches and owie-kisses
For always having her phone nearby so that I can call her to ask how to make pot roast, what to do for Kayleigh's fever, or just to say hi.
For giving me the confidence to raise Kayleigh, for telling me that she believes in me.
For giving me life, so that I could raise this precious girl:
Her children arise and call her blessed.
Her husband also, and he praises her.
Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.
Proverbs 31:28-29
I love you, Mom!
This made me cry. :) In a good way. You are so very lucky. :) Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAw. Love it. You're lucky to have her! And, she's lucky to have you too.
ReplyDeleteYou make me proud - every moment of every day. God has been very good to us, and we give Him the glory and thanks.
ReplyDeleteAren't moms great? I don't know how many times my mom told me that I would be a great mom... all while stressing over whether she would be a good grandma. Of course she is. If I am qualified to be a mom, she is definitely qualified to be a grandma :-)
ReplyDeleteJust stumbled upon your blog. Enjoying it! Keep on lovin' Jesus.
